How does the transfer app work

Disc-check transfer is our app on Windows that will transfer data from your downloader to the disc-check dashboard. When plugging your device into the computer you will see a process bar to show the files being transferred. Once all files have been transferred the app will say please remove the device / card.

The transfer app is split up into the below session

• Card Reader 
  • The card reader is used when a USB card reader is plugged directly into the computer
• Device Reader
  • The device reader is used when most types of downloaders are plugged into the computer
• Digiconnect
  • Digiconnect is used for any Tachosys (Digivu, DigiFob etc) devices are plugged in
• Scanner
  • A scanner is used to scan analogue charts for processing
• Transfers 
  • The transfer tab shows you all files that have been processed and will show "sent" if they have been sent to the system
• Support
  • Support is our contact details if you need help
• Settings
  • Settings show the settings of transfer

It is always worth checking the transfer tab to confirm the files have been sent.
