Adding comments to infringements

Did you know in disc-check you can add a comment to an infringement? Any comments added to an infringement in the disc-check system will appear wherever the infringement appears (driver profile, reports etc.) 

An example of this looks like this

There are two different ways to add comments:

Debrief

1. Within debrief go into the drivers option
2. Click on the driver
3. Click offences
4. Click the infringement you want to add a comment on
5. Enter the comments in the text box
6. Click off the infringement for it to save

Once you have added the comments you can see the full list on the offences screen

Reports

If you do not have debrief enabled you can also add comments to an infringement through a report. You can do this by following the below instructions.

1. Go into reports
2. Select the Driver Memorandum report
3. Select the dates and drivers
4. Make sure to run the report on the interactive version
5. Find the infringement you need to add a comment to
   
6. Click where it says No comments for this infringement
7. Add the comments
8. Click the save icon
