Your email code is unique to each depot in your account, and allows you to upload various documents into the TDi systems.
This is commonly used in disc-check to upload the driver memorandum once signed to allow for digital storage.
Finding your depot code
Your depot code is available from Settings > Depots > {Your depot} from the side menu of disc-check. Once you have selected a depot your email code will be available in a text box on the right hand side of the profile screen.
Setting your depot code
From Settings > Depots > {Your Depot} you can also set your email code if it is not already available (shows as {{ NOT SET }}).
Clicking the refresh image to the right of the box will generate a unique code for your depot which can be used straight away.
Using your depot code
Your depot code can be used for a variety of purposes, such as storing of your Driver 7-day memo after it has been signed by your driver and manager to prevent the storage of paper.
To send documents directly to your account you will need to choose the software you are sending the document to and append it to the code obtained above.
For disc-check, this would be [code]@disc-check.net (Replacing [code] with the code obtained in steps above)
Once uploaded we will automatically read the document you have sent through and separate the pages into individual documents and allocate documents to their associated drivers
What is something goes wrong?
If a barcode is not located/valid on a page it will be rejected and emailed back to your depot admins.
Documents are checked on a regular basis but if you do not see a document uploaded within 10 minutes of emailing please contact support using the live chat functionality
