Creating a TDi User

Requires:

- Webfleet Subscription

In order to fully support your Webfleet system and manage any faults you may encounter on your account we require an account creating to be able to access your system. 

This is also the same account used for any integrations that are completed.

Firstly, log in to your Webfleet account and navigate to the Users tab in the menu.

Once there, click on Add User at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Enter the following information into the various fields available:

    Name: TDi User

    Username: tdiapi

    Email: [e-mail]

Then under the User Rights section, change the profile from Standard to Expert.

Finally, under Interfaces, tick all 3 boxes for Webfleet.connect, Tachograph service and Mobile Device Manager.
