Extracting Raw Data Files

Requires:

    - disc-check User

It may be required to extract data from your disc-check system from time to time for sending to external sources (such as enforcement requests). disc-check provides you with the capabilities to extract your data any time you wish.

1. Select settings within the menu

2. Select the File archive option

3 In the filter options select any vehicles/drivers you require data for (if all you can leave them blank).

4. Select the date range you have been asked to send data for.

5. Click Search For Files and the system will go away and locate all files that overlap your date range.

6. In the results, you can either tick each record that you would like to download individually or you can select the one at the top and it will select all boxes for download.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Begin Download and you will be given a ZIP file. 

This zip file can be sent to any 3rd party (be concious of data protection laws as the data is now in your control and we cannot be held liable for any breaches) and they will be able to obtain the required information from the data contained within.
