In order to allow us to utilise Single Sign On so that you can have one login across all of our systems, our core requirement is that your external IP address does not change through the entire session of you using our systems.
Some IT systems use load balancers on your internet and/or proxy servers. This can cause issues with your connection to our systems and unfortunately you will need to contact your IT supplier to resolve the issue.
We Use multiple domains with different IPs that would require your external IP to be fixed:
- Login System = login.tdisoftware.co.uk
- Disc-check = dc4.disc-check.net
- Vehicle-check = vc.vehicle-check.net
- TransMaS = server.transmas.net
