How to override data

Overriding data on the Disc-check system can be done if a driver has either put in an incorrect manual entry or left their card in over. When you override the data it will change the activity to rest. This will generate an infringement to say you have changed the data due to a driver mode error.

To override the data please follow the below steps within Disc-check

1. Select Drivers
2. Select the Driver 
3. Click on the Data tab

Now there are 2 ways of overriding the data. 

• Right-click the activity you wish to override on the data screen.
• Click override activity
• Enter the reason and click override 

If the activity is too small or this option isn't working please try the below steps

•  Click into the day you wish to override
• Click activities
• Find the activity you wish to override and click override
