This guide will help you get started on the disc-check system. It will cover the starting point of using the disc-check system and getting your data on the account.
You can log into the account by clicking here
Uploading drivers / vehicles
There are several ways to upload the driver and vehicles to the system. The main two are through disc-check transfer and manual uploading. If you use remote downloading or tracking then please contact us as this may be able to send the data to us automatically.
1. disc-check transfer is an app that can be installed on your computer (Windows only) and will automatically transfer the data from your downloader / card reader to the disc-check system.
You can install the app through this link - https://dc4.disc-check.net/install
You can see more about how the transfer app works by clicking here
2. Manual uploading - manual uploading is simply a drag and drop option within disc-check. This is normally used on IOS devices. if you go into your Disc-check account and go into input > upload files it will ask you to drag and drop the files within here. If you copy the .ddd files into here it will upload the data to your system.
How to navigate disc-check
With all of our systems you have a navigation bar on the left hand side (see screenshot below). With the system, we have tried to make navigating it as simple as possible. Almost everything is clickable and it will take you to exactly where it says. For example if you click on drivers it will take you to a list of all of your drivers which you can then go into a driver etc.
Dashboard overview
The first thing you will see when you log into disc-check is the dashboard.
The dashboard will show you a brief overview of your data and also the last 6 months' worth of data. This includes:
- Infringements and infringement rates
- Total amount of drivers and vehicles
- If the drivers and vehicles are up to date, more than halfway due for a download and overdue.
- Drivers who have worked more than 60 hours in a week
- Unaccounted KMs
- Overdue calibrations / licence expiry
- Vehicles not locked into your company card
Everything on the dashboard is clickable and will take you into the relevant area of the system. This also uses a traffic light system that shows as:
Green - everything is up to date
Yellow - some warning and may need a close eye
Red - Actions are required
